Shipping Policies

All orders will be processed within 24 – 72 hours during working days.

Exceptions: Due to the saturation of courier companies during times of high demand, some shipments may experience a slight delay in delivery. For customized orders, processing times will be extended. Depending on the season and workload, these deadlines may vary. Please email me and I can confirm an approximate date.

Order tracking. Once we have shipped your order, you will be able to track it through the shipping website if you have chosen the option with tracking. For standard shipments, the carrier does not track the shipment.

Free shipping from 50 € or more

Standard shipping, no tracking, transit approx. 3-5 days, price: 3,60 €.

Courier shipment, tracked, transit approx. 1-2 days, price: 7,50 €.

Countries European Union

Free shipping from 100 € or more

Standard shipping, no tracking, transit approx. 5-10 days, 8,50 €.

Registered mail, tracked, transit approx. 5-10 days, 14,50 €.

Rest of the world

Free shipping on orders over 120 €.

Standard shipping, no tracking, transit approx. 10-14 days, price: 12,80 €.

Registered mail, tracked, transit approx. 10-14 days, price: 18,75 €.

*Prices do not include customs duties and other taxes that may apply and shall be borne by the customer, who will in turn be responsible for managing customs clearance.

Returns and exchanges

Su&marine accepts returns and exchanges. To do so within 15 calendar days from the arrival of your product you have to send an email through the contact page. You must indicate your name, order number and the reason you wish to return the item. The shipping costs to be paid to return and ship back the item will be charged to the customer.

In case of return we recommend that you use a certified shipment, in order to guarantee the reception of the returned piece. If the item is not received, it cannot be returned.

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings.

It is essential that the product you wish to exchange or return has no obvious signs of use and is in the same condition in which you received it, otherwise no exchange or return will be possible.

Some of our pieces have a special complexity and delicacy, requiring an appropriate use. We do not accept returns of items damaged by breakage or wear caused by underwater use, falls or improper use.

Customized products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund (excluding shipping costs) will be made to the same paypal card/account used for payment.
